We Roast Our Own Coffee!

Following is our current selection of coffees:

All coffees are organic and listed from lightest roast to darkest roast.

Mexico Chiapas Organic Finca Esmeralda

· Classic mild bodied Mexican flavor profile, balanced, clean and smooth cup, mild fruit and herbal notes

· Certified Organic, from the Chiapas region.

· Light to medium roast

Brazil Cerrado Organic

· Subtle chocolate notes, smooth, medium-full body, great in espresso or single origin


· From the high quality growing region of Cerrado


· Medium to medium-dark roast

Sumatra Mandheling Organic

· Classic Mandheling flavor profile, humus and natural molasses sweetness. Smooth, clean cup, with little earthy and milk chocolate tones.

· Savory, spicy, soft and mellow.

· From the Aceh region, certified Organic

· Medium-dark to dark roast

Colombia Huila Pitlaito Decaf

· Smooth chocolate body with light spice notes in the finish. This decaf tastes like a regular coffee
